Hey guys and gals! I posted this in announcements, but didn't see it show up there, so here it is again. Any newbies or otherwise, if you have ANY questions about the game, or strategies, let me know. I can't help with technical issues (talk to Zuperman), but anything else I would be glad to help with! Clobber Offline New Member Posts: 7 Thank you received: 0	I believe that is the mission with two tanks at the enemy base. If so, the tanks will get you everytime if you go stright at them. Instead, align with the tank, shoot for just a couple seconds, turn right or left, realign and repeat. Don't stay on one path of travel.

Clobber, thanks for the help on my mission 3 question. That helped.

But I must be an idiot. I can shoot down the enemy plane, take out the two tanks, and then bomb the buildings on the enemy base till the cows come home. I keep expecting some kind of "mission completed" message like the previous two trainings, but no joy. There's obviously something I'm not doing. Appreciate any help-- it's probably obvious but gaming, especially flight sim, is new to me. Thanks in advance.

Just under the very center of that circle is where you want to see them. Any general suggestions for aiming bombs? I haven't yet found any rhyme or reason to where they land based on how/when I drop them. If I come in low and fast (even aiming high) they always seem to fall short. If I come in from high above and pinpoint the sights they still seem to miss the target ... ok, every once in awhile I get lucky, but I cant tell what I've done "right" when that happens...

On carrier missions, can I do anything once I've landed on a carrier? Seems kind of boring to just sit there and hope more people land and claim it.

Appreciate any insight! Thanks in advance!!

Clobber Offline New Member Posts: 7 Thank you received: 0	Concerning bombing. I come in about 25ft off the ground (1/4 of the way to 1 on the altimeter) at full speed. Hit the bomb button just before the hanger disappears from your field of vision under the plane (in first person shooter view of course).

I use the basic cockpit view, cuz I can see more of my screen. A soon as the hangar meets with my lil map at bottom of screen, I drop, usually getting three at once If thats the way to exterminate, it'll take too freaken looonng

Tips for shooting down the enemy:(for aspirants)
Never stop shooting at them

If it's a really good ace and you are in a dogfight,never stop going around,or crash.

If you are in a aircraft carrier game drop your bomb for more speed
