Welcome To The Medals & Decorations

Of The New Lunar Republic

This section is for honoring NLR pilots who have earned awards in the different categories listed below.
You will also be able to build a ribbon bar with these and display your Medals within your signature box


To request a ribbon bar to display your current medals you must make a post with your squad rank, stats in each category, any HOH you have won or been in the top 10 of, accompanied by a screen shot of your highest kill game.

If you have any ideas for new honors etc. Please direct them to the topic on the NLR Website

Success is not a doorway, it's a staircase.

I am just going to be attaching the files so you guys can download them and add them to your signatures. Otherwise my imgur account will be overflowing with banners and medals and logos and everything else lol

If you need help on how to host images just let me know.

I don't know what my high kill record is either. Maybe 60ish - 70? No way to prove it, so skip that one for me.

Finn, if you need to screenshot just hit Alt & Print Screen together. Im sure if you had time to play a 1 hour game 100 kills would come easy to you.

Indeed, this is a great idea. Unfortunately I don't have my screenshot for 200 kills...It was eaten by my old laptop :pinch: . I guess I'll just have to go kill me some more reds :evil: . And does Blue get two of them because he got a 400+ kill match? :silly: . Anyways, good job with the medals bro!!!

I don't have a problem with your awards, but you are using the actual Medal of Honor ribbon (5 stars) for one of your made up ones. I'm sure this was inadvertant. Please come up with another design.

How about giving members of other squads decorations, for being a good sport, a noob that stays in a hopeless game, for leaving when lagging, for tactical insight.......and what not?

Or "the Wooden Cross" for reaching 10.000 deaths. The "Jitterskreuz" (variation on "das Ritterkreuz") for being a feared adversary.

The "Yellow Bomb" for being a notorious dropper and the "Black Heart" for a known spawnkiller might be used to name and shame on the blacklist thread. (Although i would imagine some of them might wear it with a pride they are not expected to have)





(Don't get me wrong.......great work, them medals.........I know.......it's "those")

Hey everyone, GREAT NEWS!!! The NLR Medals section is up and running again!!!!

I have updated some of the medals such as KD max is 4:1 as opposed to 5:1 as I believe the only player to surpass 5:1 KD is Calle while our very own Jimmythegreat has achieved a 4:1 while maintaining integrity. I also dropped the Most kills in 1 game for every slot as with DF Elite it is almost impossible to hit those high kills like before and its only fair to newer players (sorry blue)

I have also created dropbox links to my files so that you can have the templates and ribbons to create your own if I am unavailable for an extended period of time.....:whistle:

Thank you very much!!!! =D i think my best score was 145 kills, and yes i'm trying to get back in top 100, i was for 2-3days :p but every time i get back close to top 100 in a day other players take my rank again :p
