Hi,

The plane you purchase may belong to German or ally side. So if you purchased the plane in German Side, it won't be available in Ally side and vice-versa.

If that is not the problem then send detailed info to zuperman on his email id This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. along with your in-game name, device (PC/Phone/Ipad etc) you are playing on and the make (Company name of device) and model of that device.
