Not only am l getting charged 2x a month, but now it says that I am not a subscriber - - - then I get error message saying that I am already subscribed from Google. Help!

I have found that a direct email to Zup/ecoboom concerning any account issues is the best and fastest way to get support. In the email the more info you can give him the better. Account name passwords and screen shots of what you see when you try to enter game, as well screen shots showing payments and the dates there of, As well google support may be able to straighten out your account issues.
