you must have got the receipt from Microsoft on the email id (Check junk files folder too). Attach the receipt(which is must) and send the email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. giving details of your in-game login ID.

Hope zuperman will get it updated within a day or so.
