Hey, I used to play this game a few years back. I decided to play it again, and when I hit "restore purchase" it charged my account 4.99 although I already bought the lifetime membership. It also didn't remove ads or allow me to play online mp correctly.

the life time purchase isn't valid anymore, it's a pay per month subscription, but if you were changed $4.99 again, then email Zup as Blue said.

Don't hit restore hit play then it will ask you if you have an account or create new account, hit i have an account and login with your email and password for that account.
But whatever you do don't hit restore you may have to uninstall, reinstall the game to get back to that screen.
