C'mon, man.

When I first reinstalled DF on my phone, the optimization was halted at graphics level 3. I played at level 3 for a week, and that may explain my dominance during that time.

I was amazed at the kdrs I was churning out while simultaneously feeling like I wasn't playing anything near my best. I was in for a rude awakening.

I had to reinstall the game, and I was shocked at what I found when my device optimized all the way to level 7. There is apparently a day-night cycle, snow and fog. And I just got all at once.

I couldn't see Jack shyte. I never once saw a plane, shooting only at where I approximated a plane would be based on the centering of the name and emblem. My controls lagged.

Look, zup. There are still people playing on phones here. I'm on a phone with a 5.5" screen, but a phone nonetheless. I'm going to reinstall over and over until I reach a lower graphics level if that's what it's gonna take to eliminate this nonsense.

Given an option to enable or disable day/night mode.

Mine too has stalled at level 3 graphics, but I still got all the weather. I don't mind the rain, snow, thunder and lightning.. it's the night games that get me... I too am on phone with 5.5 inch screen . I've managed to turn off so many trees in settings, but nowhere can I find.. or am able to turn day/night off.

Are u kidding,I have been playing with this horrible idea of a night game for months. It is a good idea,but that's it. Don't make an option for just GET wride off it all togethwr please.

I will say this about weather.as the day turns into night .and most of the people in the game have the same time .this happens when everyone starts a game at the same time .the play of the game dynamics change .and it can bring other tactics into the game not seen in the daylight time.I myself like dusk the most but I do ok at night.so I'm.kinda like leave it .besides zup already said he can't do any update now.

The only issue I have with the day/night is that the sun rises in the South, rather than East or at least South East.
