That's really the point. So that only serious players can create squads. It's meant to weed out the "Mickey Mouse" and "fly by night" (no pun intended) squads. I know it seems like a lot, but after a bit 100k is nothing. It also keeps noobs from running squads. Given some of the squads here I would have no problem with the price at 1M or even 10M if one could perhaps pull funding from 2to 3 founding members.
