AGAIN TODAY ANOTHER SUB NOTICE TRYING TO LOG ON..... " JUST PAID LAST NIGHT" .... AS I LOG IN TODAY... ANOTHER NOYICE,,, THIS HAS HAPPENDED BEFORE.... FIX THE DAMN PROBLEM..... PAID TWICE AGAINN.....I WONT GIVE TWO HEART BEATS THOUGHT AND MOVE ON..... TAKE CARE THIS INSTEAD OF YOUR FANTISTIC GAME.....

No need to pay twice. Sometimes payment made by you takes 3 days to reflect with Zuperman especially if subscription paid through Amazon.

You can ask for refund from Amazon or whatever company site you paid and in the meantime you can send the receipt of payment made (you have received in your registered email ID) to zuperman at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

On receipt zuperman will unlock the game. Next time pay the amount on completion of month and don't wait for the notification to appear as zuperman has given 5 days grace period after the subscription period is over to enable the players to play without any interruption.

If you received subscription payment notification, it means that you have crossed the grace period too.

EDIT:
If you didn't get the receipt, it means the payment made was unsuccessful and the amount will come back to your account within 3-4 days.

yes any isn't isn't with the game it's with the store that you purchase through. You should have a receipt if you have that, then the payment was successful and you just need to flag it with Zup as Blue mentioned above.

If you don't have a receipt then you payment didn't go through. that's a problem with Google, apple, Microsoft etc.

I can no longer subscribe to game. Will this be corrected soon.
running Win 8.1 ASUS pc. Love the game have renewed every month for last 8 mos. Really hate to wait 6 min . and cant change my planes.

there is a problem right now with windows store. You can subscribe using any other phone/tablet that is not windows 8.1, even windows phone works.

Zup, thanks for the reply.

Downloaded to my Iphone 4 (old I know). When I open app and try to sign in using my email... account not found. Check email/facebook. have not received any emails from DF.

This has also not allowed me to access the game from my PC now.
What am I doing wrong?

Isn't that kind of ass-backwards... that we tell YOU when we've paid for a subscription by showing you our receipt from our store (Apple in this case)? I've never seen an app for an Apple devise where the 'seller' expects the 'customer' to notify them and send them proof of purchase (by email even). It seems like something is lacking in your store.... like automatic notification of payment.

Perhaps the next Apple upgrade will solve this?

the problem is with the stores not with Zup. He can't fix their systems. Mostly the subscription just works (it does for me without any issues), but there are issues at times, and there is a really simple way to help solve this.
