Since I already bought Dogfight Elite on mobile, is there any way to get the PC version without having to pay again?

The price difference is for what's included. The most expensive is on Steam network, which includes a full year of subscription. The others include only one month.

Also many are saying that the version on Steam (for pc and mac) is more stable than the one on windows store, due to technological differences between the platforms.

Go steam it is much much better. The extra cash is worth it
