Okay for some reason I can't pay my subscription through my AT&t billing but I got money in my boat and that 50 bucks and they said I can pay it through my dog fight what I need to know is how do I do it I need some help please help so I can fly thank you

I already replied to you by email. The Vault points are not real dollars. Those are used to purchase things inside the game for your airplane and such.
For the subscription, try using the 1 Month only option in the shopping cart since I think that's the only way to use at&t billing. They don't accept automatic renewal subscriptions.
