ok, i need some help with how the game has changed since i put it down like 4 years ago. it looks like the top tier planes have been nerfed in that they seem to fly like bricks now. i get that this was to level the field for newer players, which i'm fine with, but which tier is optimal for power and maneuverability? (WWI) also, i never maxed out my bomb loads because more bombs meant worse maneuverability. now it seems like all the kids are taking 3 bombs and they can still turn? are there any other changes to essentials that i should know about?

I am not a very good pilot but i have fun with Siemens Schuckert IV and Sopwith Camel F1.
Always 3 bombs except when Black Bandit is chasing me ! LOL
You shoot better from a distance with reduced speed.

Yes, it’s true the planes did lose a little bit of speed since you last played. Still you should take a look at your games settings and max the sensibility bar; that should help a little. Top ww1 planes are faster and the 2 last ww2 planes are fast also.

bullet drop. what's the status of the bullet drop mechanic? currently if i aim high, i miss. if i aim straight, i miss. asked in game what was up with it, old buddy answered "it's wierd" i found the setting to use the old crosshair, which should help since it doesn't disappear in the clouds...

it depends on the target. The further it is, the higher you have to aim.

i thought that wolf but you can change the colour of the cross hair in settings .the bullet drop changes from player to player dependent on the lag with that player

Yes, you heard right…All WW1 area and laser bullet are BACK. Well on the laser bullet some restrictions do apply; like it will have less drop but not full straight.

Laser Bullet or Bullet Drop…it’s now optional. It won't ever be fully straight but it gets close to it depending on the distance.

tanks:

i had higher tier tanks before i was away, no i only have the basic tank. i thought nothing of it until i saw someone with a tiger in game today. how do i get my improved tanks back?

WW1 only has 1 tank
WW2 has all the tanks. So make sure you are on WW2
