The reason for this giveaway? I am glad you asked! With Squad Wars approaching on the distant horizon, it would be great for the game as a whole to have more established squads with dedicated leaders to run them. Greater diversity in the squadrons can only lead to better, more challenging times ahead!

KK, brilliant and wonderful idea! Many have attempted to start a squad and just needed guidance. We certainly need greater diversity in squads and new players need a chance.

To start, let me say upfront that I am not interested in running as squad. I do, however, have many questions, KK.

Are you giving away Gunners Inc? If so, why? Is the squad in turmoil as you are giving it away? Are the existing squad members on-board with flying under a new squadron leader?

If not Gunners Inc, then what squad? How will this give-away be managed? Specifically.

Are you offering to mentor someone through the activity of starting their own squad? If so, what are you looking for in candidates? Now that I think about it, what are looking for in candidates under any of the circumstances? Are you looking for a certain level of Ranking? Popularity? KDR ratio? Longevity/Senority in DF?

Are you offering to sponsor/pay for a new squad start-up? If so, will the new squadron leader have total creative control?

Will you be a part of the new squad?

I will be purchasing the squads for people who really want to own their own squads and I will offer my services to help them get it up and running. They will have total control over the squad. I have left Gunners Inc. temporarily to start squads for those who feel they have what it takes to run a squad of THEIR own. Once the squad is purchased, I will make them the MoRAF and leave the squad as soon as the servers let me to start up the next. I will be available via PM to offer any help or advice in managing their new squadron.

Gunners Inc. has only one motive for doing this, that being to establish new squadrons that have a chance of longevity in the game. I have met many friends here, in my squad and many others. We have a Brotherhood within G.I, but there is a larger Brotherhood within the Dogfight world.

In short, all we are trying to do is spread a little love, my friend!

Fantastic idea! This is the most forward thinking idea on the forum yet. I can see it now: Gunners Inc - the parent squad to dozens. If it works, it will be legendary.

Getting a sponsorship like the one you are offering almost seems like it should be a requirement to start a new squad.

I'm looking forward to seeing how the first starts out.
