THE planes unlock as you reach the lvl they have to unlock them also there is two different side allied and German. So say you join a game it put you on German side only German planes will show in you hanger same as if it was allied side hope the fixes your confusion about not all planes showing in your hangers! If not explain more in detail what's going on for a more accurate answer!
