Well we make the people think we are amazing by shooting them down and then we say do you want to join and then they say oh boy yes i want to join your awesome skilled squad in hopes to become like you guys. Then you run them throe a evaluation so they don't mess your squad up and ruin its name. Once they pass it you say welcome and they join you and every one lives happily ever after.

Just to let you know I have no clue what we falcons did. To me it seems we got lucky by landing von, kevy, storm, mad, josh, green, the flaming bros, fugate, the Kptn bros, Mass, jearmy, rocky, mean old devil, denthead for the time we had him, alex red, and many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many more people.

I have to point out this is the AIRCRAFT area of the forum.You should put stuff like this in the squadron area.Nobody wants the AIRCRAFT area to be filled with stuff like this.Please do not make threads like this in the AIRCRAFT area.
