Since the last update I've lost my premium planes and ability to chat in world chat. I've already subscribed and when I try to subscribe (again) it says I'm already subscribed.

Same issue. Says I need premium but paid up till late Feb. Sent email with screenshots of the premium pop up plus one of my subscription showing paid thru date.

Looks like I wasn't the only one having this issue ZUPER.  AND after only 3 days of the Subscription finally working,  It went LAME AGAIN and locked me out of the permium subscription.  So since the my purchase in January until 03 February,  I was locked out of the premium service for 25+ days.

AND NO I do not have more than 1 account.  So you might wanna reconsider that being the problem.

In your case, Amazon returns "error" on your subscription. As if the payment didn't go through or who knows what. Please verify the subscription is active in your Amazon account and contact me by email.

Is this android? I'm checking the system and it got no notification of the subscription yet. Do you use that same device to play? Basically, it has to be the same device so it connects to the Google servers and sends the notification. I've seen some people subscribe on android but play on pc. Until they load the android device, the server doesn't get the notification.

It tells me the same thing about my premium account it says manage my account activate my subscription or my account and it's got my planes locked that I bought under my premium subscription can you help me
