Victor had this problem last year and I contacted Amazon and even they had no joy,even tried to contact echoboom via email and they had no luck. But they will cancel your subscription and refund you so that's not too bad. Best of luck anyhow

Same thing happened to me. When you email Zup make sure you include your EXACT in game name. With me it was just a matter of resetting my password
