(1) Elite on my Android phone doesn't work properly. Plane flies straight, won't turn in any direction. Re-installed, no change. Phone is up to date on system downloads. Samsung Galaxy Note 4. My Samsung tablet works great. Only problem there is that the new sensitivity calibration is inconsistent and never good. The planes handle poorly since losing manual calibration capability.

(2) My checking account is still being charged for DF1, which I haven't used for months. Can you credit this month back on the account? Or just give me a credit for Elite, whatever is easiest for you.

I can't issue refunds and I don't have access to any payment info. You have to cancel your subscription on df1 if you are moving to Elite. The option is there on android, I believe if you remove the game (df1) it sends you an immediate message telling you to remove your subscription. It's also on the play store as a button.
