I can't get any response on This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. I've been trying for months to get a response.

This game no longer functions properly on my device. The game loads but it runs insanely slow no matter which server I use.

I tried reinstalling to no avail. My wifi is not the problem because it's very fast and the other online combat games work just fine.

I want my money back for the 1,000,000 coins I purchased.

Did you check your spam folder to make sure zuperman's replies to you weren't sent there? He's usually very prompt at getting back to people that are having legitimate problems..

Sorry to hear that... try emailing zuperman one more time at the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. address and be sure to include your EXACT in-game name as well as the email address you used for signing up & purchase.. AND did you contact the store you purchased the dogfight coins through to make sure the transaction went through? If so you will have a transaction/approval # that you should also include in the email along with the date you bought them...

So do you have some sort of receipt? From what I understand all purchases go through some store or another like the Windows Store or Google or Amazon or something.. you have to have something showing you paid for what you're saying you didn't get..

If he doesn't respond in 48 hours PM me here with all the info you have and I will try to help you even though you aren't in Lafayette..
