Thats been my experience Bomber. I send reports and nothing happens. This way the offender or innocently muted(not likely) has to go and show himself to mod to get unmuted. If I were a mod I would rather sift thru 10-15 cases of mutings and not have to stalk as much in game. Than try and listen to reports and go find them.

Paul I agree posting it here just spreads the filth to the masses. I think some are trying to point out their cases as some of these so called pilots remain and have figured out how to avoid the mods. I see pilots acting very bad one day and sugar sweet the next.

Hello everyone, I can back up what Tony experienced, I was in the same game with him and witnessed it. I feel bad for any newcomers, they will be turned away from the game, or do same. Just a shame this happens and maybe will change when Joaquin gets moderators.

I want to totally echo everything and stand in agreement in every way with what Tony69 and M4tin said as well. $$ aka Wamp (that was his name a VERY long time ago before he changed it) was very vulgar, teamkilled, haughty/prideful, bully, etc. for a total of THREE GAMES. Specifically to me and Tony69.

I spoke with Wamp and he apologized. I told him how he could improve (did my Chaplain thing), how he could have more friends if he wasn't a no name, etc. He officially apologized but what he did was way more than what one apology could rectify. Folks Wamp in the end said to me "Camel why u nice to me?" , "sry Caml", "Cmel good man", "Camel good player".

It took time and encouragement but he still has a LONG way to go in my book.

I hope Zuperman aka Joaguin should tell him (due to his actions and terrible statements) either remove your no name in game by adding an actual name or be banned, his choice. If he makes that change then he can be on probation and can move on with grace and respect. If not then his words and actions are more than enough for him to be banned immediately.

I accept his apology but three games and the affect of precident, on other very young pilots, etc. is really important.

I dont want to do a diatribe on this guy §§§, but he is also calling people losers he kills and insults anyone that goes after him in the game. It is getting close to being a bully then a player.

We play for fun and not insults, sure there is sometimes trash talk, but there is a difference when its just coming to a game to kill only and not even play the mission. He targets the low level players and just flys around the spawn point the whole time.

I have a thick skin and if he wants to play that way with me I can handle it, and I am sure the other more experienced players feel the same. It just takes away from playing the game and giving the new guys a chance. For what its worth or my two cents.

I was there also. I was quite suprised with wamp. He was very vulgar and rude.
I get along with wamp and always have. I don't agree with his choice of a noname as it's unfair to most other player's.
If you see him in game do me a favour and say Hello, maybe he just needs to know he'd have many friends here if he'd change his way's. If not then I guess ban him..... I hope for the best...

This is for the newer pilots. Shooting blue (your team) is not acceptable. It ruins game play and does not make you any friends. It takes no skill to ambush a teammate in front of you and serves no useful purpose. Likewise bombing your own hangers. If you don't want to play the game right just play it offline by yourself. Don't ruin someone else's fun. When you get a rep for doing this I guarantee you will not enjoy the game to much when everyone is targeting you! Most pilots will help you learn if you need pointers in game. One day hopefully you will understand this is Brandon123456789 or whatever your name is now.

P.S. I could tell by the names you called me you didn't like it when someone does it to you! lol

Hello. Total newbie here. I love the game and just spent all day playing offline.
I did try a multi player game. Being ignorant I was a bit confused. As far as I could tell, the enemy was in front, but I was shot down from behind.

Oh well.

Also, why are there panzers and aircraft carriers in a WWI game???

Oswald, you may have just experienced what is called "teamkilling".... when a blue shoots down a blue deliberately...perhaps the lowest form of behavior in Dogfight. Sadly more common than we'd like. If the offending flyerdoesn't apologize and persists, note the day, time of your game, name of teamkiller, any witnesses, and post on this forum . Then private message a moderator so they might ban the player. As to your other questions, I suspect tanks and carriers are elements to appeal to a broader, paying audience...


Different subject: suggest an open season on flyer named Zackattack....foul mouthed, trolling....btc game on 12/9...fortunately SB267(I think) shot him down til he rage quit...

FYI I just watched a show on the military history channel about the use of tanks and aircraft carriers during ww1. Both had their initial development during that war but were not game changers. They didn't realize their potential during the conflict.

Just came from a game where Apollo 6134 or something like those numbers was being crude and rude and we decided to just gang up on him and made his gameplay miserable. One way to handle a game player like that. same can be done for team killers, who I think do it for kicks or easy points.

I can vouch for M4rtin here (not that I think he needs any vouching for, but thought I'd add my 2 cents). Apollo was being extremely crude and vulgar, and he would not stop his language despite asking several times. After enough ganging up on him, he finally quit, and I hope I don't run into him again!
