Well, I don't know what you mean by "I can't log on", can I have some details? As for sometimes not getting your new plane, I assume uiu bought the upgrade, but if u did, then the problem is that there's twk sides, allied and german. You buy planes for both sides, not buy one on one side and get the equivalent on the other.
