I used to chat all the time with people... now whenever I hit the chat icon nothing come up... no keyboard or anything... how can I fix this?

what's the "chat" icon? :?
you mean the textbox (horizontal semi transparent bar) ?

is this happenning on apple devices or android? it seems to work just fine here on both, just wondering where it's happenning.

you are not muted. Even if you were muted, you would be able to type... it just wouldn't display on chat.

your problem is different, you don't even see the keyboard. That shouldn't happen. Try rebooting your phone as gyshan said and see if that fixes it.

Ok so I tried to shut my phone off.... Took my battery out and restarted it. Nothing. Still can't type.

You have to turn around 3 times, clap your hands, say the magic words...

and I'll release an update and hopefully it'll fix it :)

Let me see if i can figure out what's going on and i'll post it later today here.

ghostnut, try now. Download the latest update, i've just released a patch. It will say it's 4.0.20 but it's actually a newer version.

Hopefully that did the trick, otherwise I have no idea since on all my phones it works ok...
