Trying to buy more points.. says "server error" when I redirect to google play/android market.

yyyy, I threw out some answers to you in game over chat...
1. I dont know if it has a setup for it, since I do not use PayPal, try to see if you cannot link the Android Account and your PayPal account.
2. Contact Zuperman through email... This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
3. If all else fails... Contact you Android/Apple service provider (AT&T, Verizon, etc.) and/or contact you credit card provider (Visa, MasterCard etc.) DO NOT CALL THE BANK (Chase, PNC, etc.) THEY WILL SAY THEY CANT HELP... But if it is absolutely necessary, call the bank.
