I know this is not a top priority, but I play on my droid bionic, and I have never been able to chat. I would love to be able to during the games, I know I have made players mad unintentionally, and I can't say sorry, or tell people NP when they accidentally (I hope) shoot me down. Is this just something I will never be able to do?

And too all who I do not respond, if you haven't guess it, I can't, sorry.

lots of players dont talk. most of the top aces like to chat, but its not a big deal. i dont have a bionic, but maybe z, or someone with one could help u out.

and fyi, everything is high priority for z. maybe this isnt a huge problem, so it wont be the first fix, but this is a game built on what people asked of him, and hes done his best to incorporate that stuff.

Thanks Calvin, I have seen that he is pretty responsive. I don't play a lot, basically in spurts, when I travel for work, I play a lot, when I am home, not so much. I am pretty sure if my wife could get her hands on Zuperman, she would take him out for creating this game...lol.

The game is awesome by the way Zuperman, it has always worked on my phone and I love the game, very addicting.

What you're supposed to do is touch the small chat window top centre of the screen. Then you're supposed to get a keyboard that covers most of the screen. :-). You 're then free to chat at your own peril. :-)

Haha, thanks veidar2, I gathered that much, when I tap the chat box at the top of the screen, it clears and my keyboard does not pop up. That's why I cannot chat, it appears to be a technical issue, unless you are using a droid bionic...if you are and it works for you, maybe its my phone. Does anyone use a droid bionic to play?

Ok, details. I have a Motorola Droid Bionic touch screen phone, no keyboard. The phone is 4" in diameter. I can access the menus, see who is fighting, use all the buttons, but I cannot chat, i.e. I touch the chat box at the top of the screen, and nothing happens. Typically, when I browse the internet, type texts, etc, a virtual keyboard pops up on the screen for me to type. But with Dogfight, no virtual keyboard pops up.

Hey BP, I have an issue with my chat feature too. However, I can chat but I can only pick one letter at a time. If I create a word at once, it will not show up in the chat box. Like I said, I have to choose 1 letter at a time, then hit enter, and repeat until that word is created. It's really annoyiny! I did send a message to Z but I have a not received a response. Calvin's right, it's probably not a high priority but I'm sure Z can figure it out. BTW, I have a droid x.

It sounds like an OS software issue with your phone, BP.

@Mavrk12: ...But that's how you're supposed to type. One letter at a time. Try switching T9 or the "Auto-Word" feature off.

I think he means he can only put one letter in the chat box at a time. So to say hi, he would type h, then send the h, then type an i, them hit send. The box wont allow him to put more than one letter in at a time...lol, but your comment was funny.
