Dogfight Elite 1.3.11 has been released!

- Fixed the practice missions.
- Fixed the parachuter going directly into the water when jumping out of the airplane.
- Fixed the parachuter crashing on the P38.
- Fixed the aiming that was placing the camera under the airplane.
- Fixed the top secret mission that the envelope sometimes was outside the tunnels.
- Fixed on PC that when you had a touch screen it would get weird controls from the keys and screen.
- Changed the parachuter so that it requires a few more hits instead of only 1.
- Many other small fixes.
