Dogfight Elite 1.0.48 is out!

Changes:
- Lowered the required rank for ww2 games to 17.
- When you land on airport, you can now walk out of plane and into a tank.
- Fixed tank aiming blocking the view.
- Changed bombs on airplanes so they look better.
- Fixed bombing the tanks that was not working.
- Fixed tanks rolled over way too easy when driving with screen joystick
- Rewrote the whole chat system so that it's faster.
- Fixed going on full screen mode on Windows.
- Fixed getting kicked on Windows when you get a notification.
