The throttle control needs to be very precise to allow you to move about below deck. Am I right when I think it was easier some time ago? Currently the plane doesn't start to move until almost at half throttle when below deck, at least on my Samsung Galaxies. At times the plane gets stuck far from any walls, and at other times it doesn't move until at full throttle, when it suddenly springs uncontrollably to life and crashes.
On deck, if you get stuck against the superstructure, you can loosen the brakes, wait, and you will slowly drift away. No such luck below deck. If you are stuck there, you're stuck, period.

i think its only if you have a bomb that its sluggish but it was never like that before.Makes the quick take off and land inside the carrier a bit harder, touch more throttle.

I've found the controls to be the same since I began playing.

The key to camping below deck is to almost completely kill the throttle as you glide in. If you're going the right speed, you should still be rolling when under deck. Next you simply turn your device sharply to the left or right (whichever has more clearance) and you should be able to turn a complete 180 degrees.

The best part: If you want to take back off to avoid "crashing" for being a camper, simply take off under deck, fly a bit and land again. This should place you at the opening of the carrier where you can continue capturing it. And eventually take back off. ;)

Would you be willing to share with us the how-to on using the lift? If it could be used to take you below deck it would be a great help.

It's there but I don't think it works. Only way I know to get below deck is to land there.

The small square to the left is a lift. It should work both ways.

Yeah, I don't think it's a moving piece.

I found a trick that I have almost perfected ....how slender was talking about taking off just enough to restart the timer..well sometimes that works for me but most of the time I crash trying...so the way I do it is get the right speed which low throttle with no bomb but hit the brakes as your tail fin raises .....then sets back down it resets the timer as well

Sluggishness of taxiing seems to depend on the plane. For that matter, the planes do differ in handling, how fast they can taxi in a hard-over turn without tipping, how easy they are to nose-over, and how much stiction there is before you start moving.

Combined with differences in flight, some planes are easier to do the takeoff under deck thing. And land and stop/turn before hitting a wall ;) Certainly having a bomb on the belly is a factor too, which is why I like to capture the enemy carrier and let others on my team grab the blue one.

Well as of late my hitting the brakes trick hasn't been working to restart the timer so I'm working on the slight takeoff trick
