Can you make it so there can be a co-captain, or another ranking officer or two in the squads? With the abilities to accept squad joining requests? And post advertisement? Thanks for the consideration. 

Hey Buddah, there already exists that option. That's why you can promote people in the squadron. Here you have all squadron ranks with all their functions, choose the one that you like the most for your new officers:

Lieutenant: you can only invite members to your squadrons, but you can't accept requests or post recruitment announcements. 

Wing Commander: exactly the same as the lieutenant. If someone asks insistently you to be promoted, you can promote him to this rank lmao. 

Group Captain: the first rank that can do stuff in your squadron, group captains can accept or decline joining requests, but they can't post recruitment announcements. 



Air Marshal: air marshals can do anything but kicking out the MORAF: they can post recruitment announcements, accept or decline joining requests, and change squadron settings (name, tag, description...). Air Marshals can also promote anyone to any rank except to Air Marshal or MORAF. Be careful to promote to Air Marshal only people that you really trust!

MORAF: this is your rank in the squadron, and there is only one MORAF in a squadron. You can promote other people to MORAF if you need to, but be careful with this, because you will lose control over your squadron (the new MORAF can even kick you out!). As you will imagine, promoting players to this rank is very risky and it's only suitable for emergencies.
