As you have mentioned, today 12/10/13, was your deadline for your project. By coincidence it is also my 18th wedding anniversary

I know you will have a lot on your plate, but I implored you to do this one thing to help improve the playing environment.....

Please bring on more Global Moderators. As compared to your other projects I imagine the effort will be minimal.

I trust to your experience on how to select new mods, but if it were me I think I would start with the squad thread moderators who have already shown that they can handle responsibility well. Secondly, I would task the current mods to nominate something like 30 individuals to submit to you for final approval. I feel that we need 15 - 20 total active global moderators.

Save considering revising the current mod authorities for a while. Even with the current authorities, more mods will make an immediate and positive impact.

Please know that I greatly appreciate all that you do, and I respect your decisions.

I hereby apply to be a mod, knowing I'd have to stop doing certain things. I'm not joking - I have a 13 year old son who is really getting into DF, and as of this morning has begun cruising this forum.
