Despite complaints I have seen, I have not had many issues with the latest update functioning. I have not updated my ipad to iOS 7, yet and they might be the difference.

However, the pixilated (fuzzy) radar is now unusable for me. There is less contrast than before and causes the colors to blend. For colorblind people, it completely obscures the details of the radar/map.

The gun sights are also fuzzy, but cause me less of an issue

I am still able to play, but this makes it a little more difficult.
