I use a Kindle Fire HD. I have the latest from the Amazon store: 4.4.39

When I start the game it calibrates to the 3 level. If I play with the automatic settings the lag is too bad to play. If I go into graphics settings and turn off all details then play the detailed explosions are still active. (Firey crashes, smoke after the first hit...) whenever there is smoke on my screen I lag. Especially while pursuing someone who has already been hit. It is also a problem when there is Fire or smoke visible once I've landed in the chute. It can be very tough to move or to get into an then start driving the tank.

After playing a game, if I go back to the graphics settings the detailed explosions have been checked again.

This does not make play impossible but it certainly is a disadvantage. Please make it so I can select the settings I want. I prefer to have all but detailed terrain off.

I think you just have to wait for Amazon to release the .40 version. After I updated the explosion glitch was fixed. Unfortunately, lag can and probably will remain. Seems to me we have a lot of new players graduating to high rank servers :)
