I've sent emails and haven't received a response. I can't change my in game name. I did it one and can't do it again.

Go to "tools" in top right corner of forum page. Roll down to "change in game name" You will need your email and password for your account. Then type in your new name. for some reason it works with email when it won't with current in game name.

I remember a squad was using brackets like yours, and one or two folks had problems. Might even have been Misfits. Something about [M] (or whatever it was) was causing bad lookups. Maybe try PM'g a moderator with all your details, so they can post on the mod forum.

One other idea is to try a different browser. There are some things that I can't do in IE, some things I can't do in Firefox. And my phone browsers are really limited.

I checked your name and the [M] guys that had problems would not come up in searches. Yours did so It might be the password. Try changing your password and see if that works. If you can change your password with your email address that would place the blame on your game name. Just a thought?

Mike check your email. If there is something from this forum, then your email isnt the problem. Try doing what Kevy said and change your password. If that dont work make an another email account and change your email and try again.

Another thing is to uninstall the game, reinstall it. Hit the forgot password, it will send you a new password.
write it down so you dont forget it! then try and change it. I had to do that twice.

No, Mike.

It will tell you that you have already purchased.

Just remember your game sign in info to maintain your planes/scores etc.

mike do not uninstall, the problem i'm 100% sure is that you are entering the wrong information and that's why you can't recover your password
so uninstalling if you don't know your email, will mean you are stuck out

the solution, do you have an android? if so, you are in luck
i'm uploading an update right now, get it when it is out, on the multiplayer next to your name you will see a new 'edit' button, you can change your name in there

the kindle should be getting the update in 2 to 3 days i think, because it's still processing the last one

Mike--I had the same problem...back when adding my [M].
The "fix" was that I added an * between Spectre and Blackstar.
Since then...it's just Spectre...no problems.
Try adding * like [M] Mike*Cann
