Why do others have planes that can turn on a dime. It seems like some players have planes that pass me and shoot me down before i can even start to turn. It's strange. Are some planes better than others.

Low level planes are slow and can turn easier.
High level planes are fast but harder to turn.

I'm bad in a turn fight but good head on.
