Can someone give a technophobe instructions on how the "report in game" option works

I updated today.
I see the new settings option for smoke and explosions
I see the text format has changed on the end game
But I have no idea how to report in game.

Ipad2
I.O.S 6.1.3
Dogfight 4.4.29
