I don't know if anyone else has had this problem when I went to pledge I was unable to do it from my phone actually had to login from my laptop. Many people may thought they had actually pledged but had it not go through. Just a thought on why the turn out was so low.

I had a similar issue, but its easy enough to get to a PC/mac, but I don't think that's what's holding people back
