I cannot access my account!!! I reset my password but when I then log in, I get an aspirant level profile instead of my correct one. Ok, this must be my own fault since this aspirant profile is mine from long time ago. So I have two accounts linked to my email and want to reset my password for the general one ( juutilainen).

How to get help and fro who?
