Please help me.

I have paid for the subscription at the end of my trial period for the multiplayer game but I can't use the full version. The multiplayer game doesn't load.

Delete the app redownload it then hit upgrade enter password and it will say that you have already bought this upgrade do you want to reupgrade for free?

i Had this problem if you have an apple product restart your system by holding the lock screen if u have another product than do whatever u do to restart it this helped me i hope it helps u

Kindle has its own OS. Yeah, just delete the app, redownload it, and u can get everything back. :)

I deleted the app to type and my stuff and it said I had to upgrade again. Lol maybe just mine.

I deleted it, reinstalled it, and tried to buy the full version. It said, "you already own this item." Where is it? For some reason I cant use it!!!

U sure? Once it says that, you should be able to use the full version. If not, try it again. Delete and downlaod. Rinse and repeat. :)
