You get 3 strikes rule..but with 1 Ball.(Like Baseball)

Ball:Is your ONE FREE GET OUT ON JAIL CARD. RECIEVE A WARNING via PM and EMAIL.With warning of 1st Strike Jail sentence time.

1_st Strike: 24 hr ban on name and app ID(If any) any info on ISP/IP/MAC/CARRIER to ensure making ban ban harder to bypass/hack/crack.

2_nd Strike: Same as 1st Strike but a 72 hr ban instead.

3_rd Strike: Life Ban from Multi-Player Mode on screen name and all info stated in 1st Strike description.

This is Fair...and the standard for Rule Violation(s) If you agree (Only ones to agree be innocent of unfair game play)

So.......what you think...Simple Fair Easy to remember and apply and enforce.

Mods can theoretically temp-ban players. I say theoretically because manfred and slender dont have fully working controls at the moment. They should be able to do exactly what your saying.

Yeah i say this is pretty fair, i got banned for 5 min one time when i was like an aspirant

I dont like the 3 strike system. Ive been banned when i wasnr intentionally doing anything wrong. Ive been banned for being a bad shot before. Fire above someone, try to pull a barrel roll, dont take your finger off quick enough, and BAM! You just blew up watupdogfight. ive been banned for defence against teamkillers. The one time i regret was spawnkilling scorp, but to be fair, i was trying to keep him from killing my hangers. oh well, i thought i was right. I lost anyway lol, i had the opposing six players in my base too. Trying to hold off seven people in two directions is hard! Much harder than secen in one direction!

Thats why there is a warning first before Ban#1 it will show DogFight will not have little "My Mommy Didn't Love So I Try To Ruin Everything" Syndrome....Thats how all sites I been staff on or was/is Founder of 1 bad seed can kill the fruit...and make things rough.

*Side Note* This morning had a a55ho1e spawn killing (yes in Dogfight Mode) but a55ho1e or a55ho1e'ette was in tank at rear of tarmac just waiting for planes to appear..got me 3 maybe 4 times and I called as I saw it...Called that sweatsack the a word...& I did spell it a55ho1e two 5's & one 1...Sorry if that does not sit right & I'm muted...but you got a great game most players play fair.(I dont recall enemy tanks on ALLIED base killing as planes taxied off the runway)Spent about 5 dollars on this game...for idoits to kill the fun...I can go to Pogo with I want to play with ignorant phucktards.

Yeah, we temp-ban, mute and kick for now. The real problems only occur over the public chat, so muting players (and later having them crying to us to unmute them) is the most effective tool we have.

lol, what percentage of people you mute would you say whine to you to get unmuted?

None complain if muted in game but on forum...I have had a lot ask for ban to be lifted...Some I have un-banned to give them a chance...but after that if they f*ck up again its ALWAYS a perma ban lol
