Why do all of these problems only happen to you?

I'm not saying you're not credible. But most of the problems anyone has in Dogfight are from you and no one else seems to be having them. Could it be your device?

It seems like that might be a connection issue. If the connection speeds change, you might recieve two bullets 20 seconds after he actually hit you over by the other carrier, respawn, and by then your connection has improved, so you see him where he really is, which is your base.

Does that make sense?

Happens sometimes. Its lag. They shoot u down hit retry and dead again.

I think it is important that we report anomalies we find in the game, especially so if repeating.

It is easy to shrug off and just go on, which most of us do - after all it is a world wide game and I am amazed how well it does work, especially so with the variety of devices playing it on a conglomeration of networks.

The more feedback a designer has the easier it is for him to pinpoint a problem area - I know this personally from my own experience designing and supporting a high bandwidth program that has to process and display a lot of information.

I too have had some anomalies, mostly related to scoring hits and getting hit, but that one is very judgment related. The phantom plane still flying around (after being shot down) seems to have improved.

So I encourage you and anyone that if they have a repeating situation to list it - I think that helps shape the game not only for consistency but smoothness.

Don't expect instant fixes - sometimes it takes a little peculation of thought by the designer to solve.

This is a great game!

I agree, if someone dies, and you don't, but they appear on the same flightpath and everything as before, that sounds like it could be a glitch in the game. The "teleporting" is common, but usually only seen to lesser extents. Have you ever seen anyone that appears to be jumping forward? They stay in one spot, then jump forward a long ways? It's just a more serious version of that.

Hi Wump! What happened is what Sky said. He peppered you will bullets and you had some bullets carry over to your respawn and you get killed again. Happens to all once in a while! Don't hit retry so fast helps.

Dont forget the carriers. They do this crazy thing called moving.

Yeah, always wait a minute before respawning if you can.
