After seeing the duct tape toilet paper gag and Slim's improvement (sandpaper) it got me to thinking....
How about some more ideas?

I'll bet my jello that we'll get some good ones!

was in the military in england. Went to my flight chief's house for a party... Lotta drinkin. His wife was british. I wrapped the toilet hole with ceran wrap put the donut and lid down and waited...What I didn't expect was it would be my flight chief's wife... She came running out of the bathroom, pant's down wet as could be yelling Beaver (that was my nickname at the time beave for short. leave it to beaver show). I ran all the way back to the dorm...was so funny. My flight chief laughed for weeks. Ahhhh the memories...I was close friends with them for years....
The word beaver coming from a drunk british woman with a thick accent killed all us american's at the time. Oh pant's down and wet also.

see Gary that one gets around lol

When I first started in the marine hardware business, we had a head (toilet) on display.
Above it was a sign that you'll see on some boats that said "If you didn't eat or drink it, it doesn't go in here." I put a Baby Ruth Candy Bar inside and closed the lid....you guessed it! Most people couldn't resist opening it!

I've always been fond of automotive practical joking. Grease/petroleum jelly behind, he door handle, a small section of bicycle innertube over the tail pipe, and one of my favorites is putting zip ties around the drive shaft so it make a terrible noise anytime the vehicle moves.

one time me and my friend decided to prank my bro. We put scotch tape over the door. We knew he would get up if we mentioned food. We went to his door and said we were going out to dinner. It was like 2pm he didn't cheack the time as he had been sleeping. We recorded it on video. He walked into the tape stopped immediatly and went on his tip toes all in less than a second. It was so funny. My mom made us delete the video tho.

...old tale from my training days: aeronatics instructor had a rep that, sitting in front cockpit, on final check flight he'd unpin his stick, throw it over the side, and signal the student pilot to take control. Apparently worked until the rep preceded him...tried the stunt with a student who had a " stick double"... when the instructor threw his out, the student looked confused, reached down and held up his stick in the air, and chucked it overboard too..

...it was only after he got the hoped for look of panic that the student took the controls and finished his check flight... :woohoo:

...or the old dormitory trick. Need 3 conspirators for a nightime mission: requires one sleeping victim, 1 to hold door open, one to hold two flashlights, one to pull the pillow. Pull pillow, light the flashlights, yell TRUCK at the top of your lungs, and run like **ll! Not recommended for anyone with cardiac issues...

Lol all very good ones. You guys should try to the one were you have a friend that is a guy that is asleep and you put there hand in warm water. They will always pee them selves in the middle of the night. Just a reminder bring adult dippers to give them in the morning.

A practical joke is something you do to others. Not to yourself!
