I was in a Bomb the Carrier game with Calvin yesterday and shot him down. :woohoo:

So then he gets in a tank and I can't touch him. :evil: He's weaving and going fast then slow...using the terrain and hiding under bridges...always one or two steps ahead of me. I crash like 5 times trying to bring him down. :angry:

Finally I get him with a shot from distance but only after he's put 5 shots into the carrier.

I'm sure there are better tank drivers out there but it was the best I've seen so far. Any other nominations?

I waz playin today wit a really aced pilot when I shot him down I try to get him in tank I crashed like 10 time just to get him then I just let him be cause there waz no way I could get him he waz drivin his tank backwards and I still couldn't get him

Im good.I have never been destroyed by another tank.One time I drove off bridge and landed on carrier.I bombed it and won the game.I also shot a plane trying to get me.

I shot a plane out of the sky 4 times. I won 18 games or more with a tank.

I once shot pownage down with a tank while I was docking my boat and was the phone to wife at the same time and I was taking a leak I had my iPad in my mouth at the time .

Here's how to get him
Don't shoot just fly above him
Then pass him and fly a little away from him
Turn don't shoot
Turn off your engines when your really close to him
Then drop your bomb

I suck at bombing tanks, and shooting them. I constantly blow myself up :S But I'm okay in a tank. I try jumping out when it's at (1) or (0), because by then, the other players might have flown away and they might not realize that I'm floating down.

how do you get out of tank

I didnt know it was possible

I thought once you committ to it, you and the tank are locked in

till death do us part kinda thing :lol:


also, a question ive head for a while

say, you see a tank that hasnt been occupied yet by another player, can you hop into their tank

would be a cool experiment to conduct

I am WAY better at shooting tanks than driving them, but as far as drivers go, I haven't really noticed any that are superb

Im good at tank in BTC missions

I pretty much depend on them to win

lately ive noticed that if I lower the turret and bomb the area right in front of the tank, that confuses the planes overhead

Yeah, in BTC if you don't use tank you have to go back and forth, like, 9 years and 5 feet.

I'm okay with a tank. I get lucky shots on the hangers from halfway across the map and every once in a while a plane kill but that's it.

Qaz and Green were both great tank drivers. I learned my favorite technique on accident when I was stuck. I can go faster than a normal tank with it. ;) Makes me more maneuverable too.

I've never really had trouble with Luke as a tank, no more than with any other experienced driver. Qaz was scary good.

I vote for Coolhandluke, too. He is a very good ace in the sky and an awesome tank driver. Coolhandluke if you ever offer "trainingslessons" in tank count me in to that training :)

I really enjoy doing the same, when I know a plane is approuching for me, I bring that barrell up. But the only thing I can stand is when you switch to take site, the tank stops and jerks. That give the pilot more time to fire on me. But with a little luck, BOOOOM, its pretty funny watching the plane flip into flames. I've also had some weird ones where I know I had the plane fixed into the sites, fire, and what looks like a hit, turns into black smoke and its a miss.. I bite my tougne .... how can that be,,,, blah
