I'm interested to hear what you guys do to try to get rid of idiots who swear excessively, teamkill, etc. Do you try to handle it calmly, or do you get angry?

I usually start by telling them to stop, which works about 10% of the time. Some people just don't know the rules. One guy stopped spawnkilling when I told him that Joaquin had asked people not to, and Annie just stopped teamkilling when she learned how seriously some of us take Dogfight. If that doesn't work, I threaten to report them. Most jerks get scared and leave the game or stay quiet for the rest of the game. If they don't I shoot them. If they're on the other team, I pin them down, just spawnkill them until they leave. I'd usually never spawnkill like that, but I do under those circumstances. If they're on my team, I go one kill at a time. Shoot them once, if they stop, so do I. I continue until they stop. If I get banned, oh well, I can come back in five minutes to keep doing it.

Well Calvin I been thinking about going vigilante cause it's getting out of hand nearly every game now has a gobshyte or a team killer.

If there is a team killer or someone with verbal diahorrea in game I will just tell everyone to not shoot me and single the offender out and just nail em, most of em are not very good pilots so it's just a turkey shoot really I see it as a new thing to keep me occupied till squad wars start up.

I liek 2 1337 haxorz & ban/kick them.

the team killing thing is getting worse

its gotten to the point that I make it a routine to never fly straight and allways roll when comin out of base.

If I get ticked off enough, Ill just turn around and fire some shots towards the jerk so they get a hint

I shoot them down if on my team, then if they try again shoot rhem down switch teams and park a tank in front of them untill thwy say sry for team killing. I just spawn kill with a tank to anyone that team kills or swears, i dont even bothrr reporting became most of them get away.

I ask the ones who cuss to stop nicely......i shoot teamkillers after i give them a quick warning.......i will and have shot tank spawnkilers that are on my team....which then makes me a team killer, than i have to kill myself for teamkilling a tank spawn killer...lololol

Then i sit back and wait patiently for zuperman to make me an in game moderator.......

I dont think tank spawn killers should be banned, thwy are part of game, people dont like them but they are still part of game. Ita not illegal.

I wouldnt ban spawn killers or tank spawn killers.. i shoot them. I would ban the perverted and trash mouthed players who dont listen to the first or second warnings.....sorry, i should of been more clear...

I just say stop doing whatever they have /are doing wrong or they will be reorted. It works mostly but a few need taking down a few times - the best way is (if they are on my team) tell the red team that the idiot is fair game and to feel free to fill em with lead - as most are decent they will then go all out to annhialate the idiot!

Thats wrong gen, zup can have a lawsuit against him if u ban a player for spawn killing. It doesnt exactly say that u cant spawn kill in the agreement. That would be abusing power. Only reason to ban anyone is if thwy team kill and use foul language.

One game this guy was getting mad and started cussing at me and one time he said something along the lines of "Makaela you suck at this game" (when I was killing him ) but anyway I dealt with him by saying "_____ your the best" (don't remember his name) then he asked if I wanted to be his friend lol he was cool the rest of the game

U must of missred my last post...i would not ban spawnkillers... Only perverse and players that abuse the game ( teamkilling etc...)
The perverted, trash mouth players would have a warning then muted after they dissobey the warning.....then banned if they continue later on down the road.......
Im not fully against spawnkillers...it is legal
