Hey guys. How's everyone? I'm looking to make friends, get to know the people I play with.
Also, I would like to know how the ranks work. I'm in GP1 number 12. I was looking at the ranks for my group...and I seem to have better numbers than many of the people on the top 25 in my group. Why wouldn't I show up on there, instead of number 700 something? I know there's probably a percent thing going on, but would like help understanding.

Ranking is based on points, the closer you are to the next level of ranking (points) the higher you get in the ranking....
Its pretty simple really....has nothing to do with having more kills the the next guy etc.......just points

Jackson's right. It's just points, which are displayed above the chat bar ingame.

You're 700 something overall, not in your rank.

don't forget there are different way's of saving points also. look at my stats not very good.... but I learned how to save and play from people here and figured a few out on my own. Most of the people here are willing to help.... They are the reason I'm where I'm at.....

Hey Gary---- and Poisonous----. You can save points. If you have a kill and get shot down and just hit retry you will loose points for that kill. Instead jump to chute and hopefully you will make it to the ground. If you make it to the ground you will get your points back.... also if you are close to base after a kill land and set brakes that will save points so that when you get shot down again you will not loose those points. People have gotten better at shooting chutes down so I don't think points are saved if shot in a chute.. I haven't paid attention... Don't forget you get points for shooting some one down while your in the chute.... Give it a try watch your points.....
