I dont mind spawn killing, where you at least have some chance of escape through maneuvering but this is insane defeat of the game itself. You spawn, but cant move even with throttle up, you just stare at the barrel of the tank untill he bombs you out, respawn and go through the same.

This was a CTC game in which Vela decided to stand his tank right at the spawn point, preventing any movement of the plane. I tried to bomb him, but the bomb didnt work either. Also, keeping brakes on apparently doesnt give immunity from tank. IMO this game was destroyed by Vela.

So I was contemplating this remedy, and wasnt sure how everyone would feel about it so wanted it to run past you guys

In such a scenerio, if I quit, and rejoin the game as enemy, spawning as Vela's teammate, can I now, go back to my original base (now my enemy base), and team kill.

I know teamkilling makes everyone feel nervous, and I dont like team killers myself, but in this instance, I think the tank spawn killer was asking for it.

this sort of spawn kill takes absolutely no skill.

I don't mind if there're tanks as long as you use them to defend yourself or to use your skills in bombing a carrier or maybe even hangars, but to lie in wait in areas where, I'm sure, has taken that person repeated attempts to find that perfect immune spot is, to say the least, cowardly. All in all, it's only a game. And I would hate to be banned for not taking control of my anger and doing something you'll regret later. I'm all for sacrificing my teammate, though. I've made it to that point in the game where I'm at the enemy base and shooting at the hangars, but could not find the nerve to shoot at spawning aircraft. As a matter of fact, I'd wait til they moved out of the way. Then.…BAM!.…someone bombs me. Ha I hated that.

I teamkill anyone i see spawnkilling, especially with a tank. Theres a few ill let off the hook with a plane, cuz i respect them overall, but in a tank, ill kill you. No warnings. With a plane, i give a warning.

Kpnt guess what i do, just leave is the spwn killer is on my side. And if he is a enemy, just stay down untill he gets bored. And then when i get up i kill hom 15times for every one spwn kill he got out of me. Usually its when i enter a game or in a dogfight.

Dont ban or teamkill someone in tank killing planes.I spawnkill but when plane respawns i let it fly away because i dont wanna be somebody who wont let it escape.I rather engage as tank combat on ground with other tanks.Im good at that.I shot plane that was low and trying to bomb me in tank.If im tank i chase other tanks then i shoot them.Im good at that.But if they shoot over and over you should teamkill them but dont ban them.They may just be close to unlocking new airplane.

That is no excuse to spawn kill. In this game I will not tolerate spawn killers ever.

I suggested a fix in another thread. Using the picture above as an example, send it to Zup, and let him deduct a nice slug of points (10,000?) from the player and ban him for 5 DAYS. This behavior ruins the game for everyone in it, and over time will have the effect of driving players away (which will lower Zup's income from it). What's worse is that this stupidity spreads until a bunch of players will practice it and then the whole Dogfight game goes down the tubes.

like I said bomer, I have no problems with spawn killers. Its an art, I respect it at some level. But this goes beyond it because the tank is not allowing the plane to move period.

I'm ok if its for a tactical reason like to let bombers get in. But if it is a tank at all I am agenst it. A tank can crash into planes and kill mutiple at one time.

Ok ok I take some of that back. I mean if they are sharp shooting from far away its ok.

If its an accidental shot from a distance, like if theyre aiming for a hanger, but you can just sit on one of the mountains and spawnkill. Thats the same thing, in mynoppinion.

Well at least they have to wait for the person to respawn then the shot takes a while to travel
