I was tanking with coolhandluke, and I was behind a litte rise. Coolhandluke was quickly approaching me, from the other side of the rise!!! Then I backed up......then went forward, full speed :woohoo: :woohoo: Then, in mid-air, upside down, I shot and killed him!!! Such an awesome fight!!

I also shot a plane from a very far distance! And I've been shot in a plane several times. See ya in the skies,

Yeah, i love doin AA in a tank. Ive never done anything too impressive, but one time some jerk in a tank FOLLOWED me all the way up a MOUNTAIN! Once i got to the top, he caught and killed me, which thouroghly sucked, but it was funny.

The tanks radars aren't much of a help.

Nothing ever appears on them. :P

oh, and the first tank i ever took got me thru to destroy the enemy base. all 8 hangers. that was back when i was CalvinIsAwesome. No squads, no forum (for me), no Slenderman, no hate of apple because THEY WONT GIVE ME MY UPDATE, etc.

I have a new story!! :woohoo: I was playing destroy enemies airport mode, and I shot 12 planes, plus 5 tanks, when I was a tank! No joke guys........it was epic!!!

i can do that. in one game i hit 7 planes, 2 of them long range, killed 4 hangers in 1 shot, (which i dont think is possible, but i did it. cuz im cool like dat, yeah im cool like dat ;) ), and killed 9 tanks. btw, the hanger shot was mid range. not far enough away that it was random, but close enough that it wasnt awe inspiring.

You must have shot at the row of hangars from one end then?

I never manage to take out more than 3 with one bomb, - not even when I pull up too late and crash into the remaining ones :-).

Once when I was a lieutenant I landed on the tiny, flat top of the highest mountain looking down on the northern airport.

When I was approaching the snow-covered top I noticed that one of the big shots was after me, a marshal something.

He first fired a short burst at me, but when he saw I was just trying out something which had to be difficult for a beginner like me, he gave me a wing salute, and left me alone.

Which goes to show that some players in this game think before they shoot. :)

Cool story veidar. I tried that for the first time last night, and it seemed easy enuf. I would have had a differnt oppinion as a luitenent lol! Idk how i managed to kill 4, but i did. Btw, crashing into hangers doesnt do anything.

The Dogfight tanks, with their long-barreled guns, flat hull and sloping front with right mounted machine gun may have been inspired by the German WW2 "Panther Ausführung G" tanks.
