Dang! Couldn’t get the time to pop in yesterday, blew my streak! I remember first starting out, joined up with the 151 st. My good friend Fox was there, but this Crockett guy was always on our thread.

Came up against him in a game or two. Good night! I couldn’t make it halfway across the Field without getting blasted.
Played a game one day with this Pilot Oba[M]asucks, had a team killer on our side, this guy tells him to leave. Some words went back and forth, then the TK suddenly found himself getting whacked everytime he got off the ground.

Then it hit me, I simply said “Crockett?” Saw “ Yep, LoL!” Not long after that I would follow Fox from our lost Squadron over here to become a [M]. My third Eval was with no other than Sir Crockett!

Miss those days like the rest of you. Makes you wonder why when something so fun and popular wold be dismantled piece by piece.
Even the Forum. Once the Great Crusade began, it became an empty shell.

But, out of all of that came something unexpected. Friendships that would endure.

Yep in all seriousness we made a bunch of friendships, who know a internet game could unite folks. My wife and I had the pleasure of traveling to many states and met with several of the dogfighters. It was phenomenal, I can't even name all the people we met. I always wanted to meet gaw and Tbuilt but never did.

And the forum was so stubid and dumb, funnier than crap. I couldn't wait to post some dumb joke or something. Yep, at least we still have the memories. Oh bikini Friday's will always live in my crotch, OPPS I meant mind. Sorry
