All new recruits wear the [m] if you have never been in a squadron before, the only way to get that big [M] right away is if you are coming from another squad.

The evals are back up and running again which means you will need to shoot down 3 different officer's 3 times in a row. If that officer shoots you down while trying to get the 3 in a row you start back at zero. Tough i know but it helps us help you become that red killing machine.
