Well 2014 had been a great year, I officially started playing beginning of January end of December last year so yay, a year anniversary But I've noticed on forum and most of my friends telling me they've lost someone really close to them or for Taps his son getting in an accident and Couchy's dad, and Raptor's brother (sorry if I used your name please forgive me if you didn't want me to blurt out your name without your permission). But 2014 is ALSO the year I met ALL of you wonderful people and I met Jade and Raptor met his gf! It's also the year where we all bonded together and prayed for one another's family or well being no matter if we knew them or not. When Hulk got sick when I was making MORAF (oh yeah, I made MORAF this year!), we all wanted him up and about, killing them reds, and just like Davy now, sorry I couldn't meet ya Davy one day tho buddy! can't wait. So I guess 2014 was pretty depressing at times, but amazing at other times! And now I wish upon all of you a spectacular and prosperous 2015! Happy New Year [M]ISFITS!!!!

Oh and I made a silly resolution of playing df a lil less, but then I was like, wait, it's a RESOLUTION, something you resolve: so then I pondered and thought hmm, I didn't play df nearly as much as I should have this year. So my resolution is to play df even MORE in hope to catch up to Hulk !!

I just had to get something off my chest and say this is the finest group of people i have ever had the pleasure meeting. Bz,bh,von,bull,weatherman,Davy just to name a few. I am simply amazed buy your Kindness and generosity.

Talking to you all over the past year on zello sharing life experiences telling jokes even a tear shead now and then,even helping members in time of need as been amazing.

Another day at the Misfit office...
Spawned into this one last night. On chat I could see the red's expected an easy win, no enemies in sight, until a lone Misfit shows up.

Lucky for me, there are only six of 'em - I can do this.

Getting off to a good start, then another red joins, but still holding them back.

1st red chickens out

But then the basterds gang up on me!

I loose a couple of hangars, but once more manage to push them back

...until the red's go above radar and a sneaker takes out the last one.

Happy New Year my [M]isfit brothers and sisters 2014 has been a year full of great times . I have been fortunate enough to join the best squad in the game . I got to make a lot of great friends and share the highs and the lows together . Meeting Chef and Howard was a highlight of the year along with being mentored by some of the best pilots in this game . Wow the list just keeps going on ,Zello,being made officer , and just knowing we have each other's backs ..love you all so please take care of yourselves and your family's and we can make 2015 another great year of achievements .Ok party hard or go home .A CC RIDER motto to live by Thanks all for just being you .

Happy New Year all my [M]isfit family! I wanted to post something that put into words how I feel about the Friendships I've made here, BUT, after reading all your posts, I feel I can only echo what most of you have already said. Been working on a short story that I had hoped to post today, but been way to busy to finish. Been too busy to even play the past few weeks. Guess to sum it all up, 2014 was a really tough year for my family and I. But one of the bright spots was being accepted by all of you and making some incredible friendships here! When my good Friend Fox#1 left what was left if our old squad and came here, I drifted around for a few days paying close attention to every [M]isfit I ran into in a game. Thought, " Well the worst they can do is tell me to get lost." But all of you quickly took me in to your ranks. Sir Hulk took me under his wing, giving me pointers and tips. Then came the evals. Hulk, Crockett, and Monster Cannon. Even started a couple others with TBuilt and Rabbit. Worst hangover of my life the day I earned the big [M], but that's when I knew this was no longer just a game! My Wife evens listens in now when we're all talking, finally understanding that you don't have to live down the street from someone to be friends. And BTW, C.C., she loves your accent! As I start this New Year still working on the challenges I have in front of me and more that I know are coming, I find comfort in knowing I have so many Friends here that I can count on. Somewhere I can go to leave the Day or World behind for awhile. I hope that each of us has a wonderful, prosperous, and rewarding New Year!! . Hey Ripper thanks for being a friend bud and yeah it is one heck of a squad ,I love how zello brings us together like we are just down the road . Thanks for the compliment on my accent too . It's the same here when the island girls here in Bali listen to your accents .they have never heard Americans apart from the movies and they sit and giggle on while I am talking to you all . We signed a back on Monday, however, I suspect some trickery is afoot with Bell. Practice reports have him doing well and Tomlin has refused to comment on his availability. Sort if like a few weeks back when it was reported Ben fractured his wrist, then a half hour before the game it was announced, " oh yeah, Ben is fine by the way, no broken bones." Polomalu is also reported as healthy, but suggesting he will remain seated for the game. Steelers are known for their "Jedi mind tricks". Either way it's gonna be a good game! We smashed the Bengals and didn't finish 8-8 again, so I am content! Anything else now is a plus!!

Hi Guys just wanted to wish everyone a happy new year and hopefully a great red killing 2015
I will always look back on 2014 with fond memories , becoming a misfit and making friends around the world
Ive Not been on for a couple of weeks so ive been doing catch up on the posts and as usual ive laughed, felt proud but also sometimes felt sad . Unfortunately with the time difference and a shit load of code sevens I miss out on some great games and chats in the acehole but still feel part of a family which made me think are we in danger of fitting in and becoming a contradiction to our squad name ? Maybe it should be Was Misfits .... oh well All the best guys
