Good Luck with your new squadron LiL!! As I am sure you'll learn quickly, I'll just say it takes a lot of hard work to start a successful squadron. I started the Lafayette Escadrille 2yrs & 1 week ago and I had to sacrifice a lot of my playing time in order to recruit and make a good 1st post for the squadron thread and keep an eye on all the things that a squadron leader must in order to have a good squadron. Just remember, the pilots you recruit can either enhance or harm your squadron.. so choosing who you accept in may be the most important thing of all next to your own dedication to making the squadron a success.
