Hi dogfightuser,

Welcome to the game and to the forum. This issue has come up many times. Unfortunately the best advice I can give is to wait 24 hours and see if it shows up. If it doesn't you can wait another 24 hours and email the author:

This happened to me and to my son and it eventually worked out. Good luck.
